Arkateq to                                 focus on development work -                                                                2005/01/28 [Johannesburg, 28 January 2005] - "Arkateq will focus heavily on development work in 2005/6," states Andre Coetzee, Operations Director of Arkateq. "We have had phenomenal success with our development team in 2003/4. We developed an ERP, MIS and CRM system for Ivolve that will rival any available product. We included SMS and customer integration, thus freeing up 50% of the sales team's time," continues Coetzee. "We also did some sterling work for Merchant West and foresee that trend internally will continue. Arkateq will heavily focus on development projects in 2005/6 as we have proved to be outstanding in this area," explains Coetzee. "Arkateq has always been a software development company. We have just never marketed this aspect or focused purely on the development side," states Thomas Muller, MD of Arkateq. Arkateq Arkateq, a Novell SuSE Linux business partner, has extensive knowledge in security and financial systems development work. It has developed a few systems for European firms over the years and looks forward to providing the South African market with the same expertise.
